Legal Question in Employment Law in United Kingdom

Been choosen for redundancy from an artifical group of 4 people. My job is still to be undertaken and therefore my job is not being made redundant. From the 4, 2 are losing their jobs. However the 2 people who's job is being deleted are not being made redundant is this wrong ?

it is a job which is redundant, not a person. if the work you undertake is continuing you cannot be redundant and it would seem that you are to be unfairly dismissed.
