Should an officer who is on sick leave as a direct result of a prison riot,who has been referred by a doctor to see a post traumtic stress counsellor and now a leading psycharitrist have her payments stopped by the prison service before her case has reached resolution?

impossible to say without knowing full details of the matter but if suspended on garden leave it would seem probable that wages must be paid until issues are resolved.
