redundancy
i am a financial anaylst. the work in my section is pressurised even more so since x has left n not been replaced.unable to maintain high performance i was given 1 month sick leave by me doctor 4 depression & stress. wen i returned to work, wen asked by my boss 2 how i was i said i was ''much better'' 2 put on a brave face, but infact the doc told me ease myself in2 work.since ev1 else was coping x wasnt replaced.however i was not coping n was makin errors.3months later i had a 3nd breakdown n was given 3months sickleave.wen i got bac my boss had decided to reorganise due to business conditions n to do so she needed to make 3ppl redundant; i was 1 of them on the basis of my ill health. PLEASE Advice me! do i have a case for unfair dismisal?? Thank you

it is possible that you have been unfairly dismissed by reason of redundancy. On the other hand it could well be that you were wrongly chosen for redundancy which will mean that you were unfairly dismissed. The answer is in the detail and without this I could not give an opinion.
