termination of tennancy
we live in a brewary oured pub, we are not the managers, but we are employed by the company. the manager has left and the may be a new manager soon. we signed an agreement with stating that in the event of a new manager we would have 3 months to vacate the living accomidation. can the brewary make us leave before the end of the three months, if we have no where to live.

Your contact with the brewery entitles you to receive three months notice if required to vacate the property. This is therefore your entitlement in addition to any other rights of occupation you may have under the housing legislation.
