Legal Question in Personal Injury in United Kingdom
negligence claim.
School finishes early than designated time. Child walks out into road. Other parents notice child alone in middle of the road but ignore situation. Road driver who is speeding, swerves to avoid child and in doing so hits a pedestrian attempting to cross the road. Pedestrian breaks leg and goes to hospital. Pedestrian discharged next day but falls and breaks other leg. Advise pedestrian
