Legal Question in Personal Injury in United Kingdom

my neighbour drives their car late at night between 10pm - 7 am and the car has a really loud exhaust system which keeps me and my family awake all night. I have asked them to be reasonable and not drive it so fast or so late at night, they refused and i dont know if i can take them to court or not?

this is a problem which you should initially take up with your local authority. They have a statutory duty to assist. Legal proceedings should be considered as a last resort by reason of the cost this would involve.
