Re: motor insurance

Hi. The insurance can be in anyone's name, i.e. the policy holder need not be the owner. The log book is not a document of legal ownership, it is stated thereon that the registered keeper is not necessarily the owner. The insurance company should not cancel the insurance on the ground u have stated. The important thing for u is to ensure that in case of a claim, the insuarance company should not have any objection on this ground, this u may ask them.

Hope this answers your question.
