Breach of duties

I am a joint administrater of my late fathers estate. after a delay by the bank, the executers a/c has been set up, but my brother who is the other administrater, refuses to put the monies he has already collected into the executers a/c considerable amount of money what can i do please.

You are legally liable with your brother as a joint trustee of the assets of the estate. Accordingly if the monies taken by your brother are not available to the beneficiaries you could be held personally liable.

I am afraid that if you are unable resolve matters with him there can be no alternative to referring matters to a Court. Let me know if we can help further.
