Can you or can you refere me to a site that deals with someone dying intestate in Scotland or England?

The probate system in the Commonwealth is pretty much the same as here. As for a site, who knows? You can google as well as any of us.

If you are interested in the estate of a decedent who lived in England or Scotland, you'll need to contact a British solicitor, preferably in the same county as the decedent's residence, and go from there.
