two executors of a will one dies before the will is open and there is money in the will for both of them what will happen then

If this executor is also a beneficiary under the will and died after the death of the testator the gift is valid and will fall into the estate of the deceased beneficiary. The sole surviving executor may administor the estate and should apply for a grant of probate.
