Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in United Kingdom
Father,s will
My brother and I feel that we have had bad advice regarding the contents of my father`s will. We were both asked to sign a deed of variation by my stepmother - which has in fact resulted in my brother and I signing our rights of his gifts to us, to our stepmother. We were led to believe that there was quite a lot of money involved, and now we are being told that there is no money. There is more to this than I can put in this space.

Re: Father,s will
If you were badly advised by a firm of solicitors and this advice has resulted in loss, then a claim for damages can be made.
We will be happy to assist and advise on the position if required.
