fraud

pon tracing my family i found that my late fathers family buried my dads dad under a false name to gain his fortune can i claim this back from them [as my dad always said this was his but we thought this was an old wifes tail but it realy isnt i know when he died and no fineral records tally but the clincher is he was buried with his son my dads brother under a false name i even know were he came from and were he died and from what it seems that my dad could not exist because of this but i can prove otherwise can you help

this all sounds terribly suspicious and I certainly appreciate your concerns. from a legal standpoint what is relevant is the grant of probate which led to distribution of your grandfather's estate. If this was fraudulently obtained there are certainly legal remedies although the circumstances would determine whether these be civil or criminal.
