i am divorced i am now dating someone else if she came to live with me how can i assure her that upon my death she will not be thrown out of my house my will at the moment states that all my assets will go to my two sons

it would seem as if you need to make a new will to take account of your changed circumstances. In this will you could give a life interest in your house to your new partner,with provision that on her death, or further cohabitation, your entire estate including the house will pass to your sons.
