long lost will
i aquired a will that said i was left a house and land and was put into a trusts when my stepmum died and it would go to me but i never had have i got a claim.

Your first step should be a search of the probate registry to see who was the executor of the estate and whether a later will was made. If necessary enquiry must then be made of the executor. Let us know if we can help
