rights to a property
property bought with discount of �38,000 due to my previous tenancy! seperation! i forced to leave property! discount accrued in 5 yrs. can i force ex partner to sell in 5 yrs? trust for land act! thankyou

It would sound very much as if you are able to apply to the court for an order of sale under the Trusts of Land Act. However there is clearly much more to this matter than appears and I would certainly need much further information before being able to advise you definitively in the matter.
