time limit
is there a time limit on challenging a will. aunt died in 1999 leaving everthing to my sister. information has recently come to light which could make will invalid

Unfortunately there is no quick and easy answer,and I could not advise without knowing more about the circumstances. If fraud is involved there probably is no time limit, and if information has only recently come to light, any time limits would probably only run from that date. If you would like to provide me with more information including why you consider the will invalid, the date probate was taken out and of course the new information, I will be pleased to advise further.
