right to see the will

could you tell me if I can obtain a copy of the will of my late Uncle.It is in the handsof a solicitor who is beinmg very secretive

You will have a legal right to the will if you are named as an executor in the will and a right to be informed of the content if you are a beneficiary. Although these may be your only legal rights such secrecy is unusual and concerning. There would seem to be absolutely no reason why as a relative you should not be informed of the content of the will. I would therefore suggest that you put a formal request in writing to the solicitors for information concerning your late uncle's estate and find out any reason why they might refuse to give you this information.
