Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in United States
Thank you so much for your valuable information. Can I file motion to request "under seal" with appellate court after disposition is publicized? Is it too late? I have a very good reason to request for this.

Different states have different procedures, as do the federal courts. You haven't told us what court you are in. In general, though, judicial opinions cannot be sealed. Portions of the record can sometimes be sealed, as can some briefs or portions of briefs. You should re-post your question under a specific state; that way you will have a better chance of getting a useful answer.
