Legal Question in Banking Law in United States
A payday loan company deposited $200 in my wifes account today. We have signed no contract nor have we filled out any application with them. we think they got her information from another company that we did apply with because she didn't uncheck the share my info with their partners. Is there anything that we can do about them giving out her bank information and the depositing company cause I know where this is going now?

The answer should be very obvious - Close the account and open a new one, and stop making the HUGE mistake of giving out bank account information. I'd say then give the money back, but I suspect there is a lot more to the story than you are telling us.
Someone gave you unsolicited funds. Isn't this a good thing?
You say you know where this is going. Where?
