Legal Question in Banking Law in United States
sir,
i am a second holder for my mothers account and f.d in the bank ,post mutual funds .etc. I lost her last year What is my stand for the balance left ? Am i supposed to distribute the money in legal heirs? And how about the transaction where i am nominee in SCSS scheme?

I do not understand your question. I think you are saying that you are named on your mother's bank account and mutual funds account. If you want to know what to do, please call me, and I will assist you. There is no attorney's fee for the call.
