Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in United States
i'm set to appear to a notice of hearing for a citation against me. i received a call from the attorney for compainant saying she needed a copy of everything i planned on using in court for my defense. must i supply this for the attorneys against me?

Assuming this is a civil matter, then the attorney for the plaintiff must
make such a request through the applicable discovery rules
governing such matters rather than merely calling you up on the telephone
and making a blanket request for everything that you plan to use in your defense.
