Can a tv network create a show about my dead wife without permission_Trutv created an episode about my dead wife and said we were divorce,and we are not. can they do that without my permission __

It depends. There is such a thing as a "right of publicity" (look it up). If your late wife was newsworthy and they did a news story, they may well have been able to produce the story without your permission.
It depends - might be news story or ongoing investigation or if you became a public figure (as such, could do it without your permission) Further, as cruel as it sounds, if they said anything untrue about your wide, one cannot defame a dead person; sorry!

It depends on such a thing as a "right of publicity". If your late wife was newsworthy and they did a news story or if your wife made a contact with them, then they can broadcast.
