Legal Question in Civil Litigation in United States

as the president of a corporation who has a judgement against an individual, can I serve interrogatories in the state of PA? or do I need an attorney to do it?

Or in other words. Will I be practicing law without a license in PA by serving interrogatories?

thanks frank

You can serve interrogatories on your own behalf if you are a named judgment creditor. But if the corporation is the judgment creditor, then it will need an attorney.

The answer may be different if this is a small claims case. Perhaps a Pennsylvania lawyer will post a response on that point. But since your question has gone unanswered for more than a day, I want to at least give you this much information.
