Father was deported and they are divorced. The oldest daughter is 17 and will turn 18 on July 28. We do not want her to get deported. What can I do, to prevent her from being deported. Adoption Maybe?? Help. My wife is very scared she will lose her daughter.

Have you already petitioned to make your wife legal?

You can petition for her daughter younger than 18 at the same time as your step daughter as long as she is living with you.

We can help, but prefer to represent clients in Colorado.
