Legal Question in Immigration Law in United States
Hi i am currently in the military, and recently had my girlfriend come visit me from japan, it has been three months since she left, and she is going to visit me again, at this time i was going to ask her to marry me, would it be legal for us to get married while she is on a tourist visa.. also would it be suspect to immigration if i buy her a one way ticket?

A fiance visa is the best choice. The visitor visa can be tricky. It is really up to the immigration officer whether they will approve or deny it, so it can be very unpredictable.
