Legal Question in Military Law in United States
What are my guidelines or limitations on collecting debts for people in the military. I understand if they are in active duty that they are protected under law? At what point would we or could pursue this?

Not completely true. THey my be protected under the Service Members Civil RElief act if they are deployed overseas. Call a lawyer or google it.
