i am 50/50 partners in a route and i put up the money my boyfriend was running it now we split up and he knows the route not me and i cant sell with out his help what do i do

From your description you have partnership. You should demand an accounting of the business activities from your boyfriend, and then have an accountant calculate what your portion is worth. After that have your ex buy you out.
If he refuses you can have the court force the sale of the business.
This can get complicated so you may wish to speak with and secure the services of an attorney.
