business dissolution
After signing dissoution papers and agreeing to not use my photos , my ex-business partner is now using my photo on her web site, can I ask for compensation and again ask her to remove and follow agreement?

Re: business dissolution
If you have a binding dissolution agreement then, of course, you can ask for removal. You can give alternatives that may be acceptable to you both, such as compensation, removal of the photo, or whatever. Failing that, you can sue to enforce your agreement (not the most desireable solution but sometimes necessary to enforce agreements).
