Legal Question in Civil Rights Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

child law

Two children were asked to be

interviewed by the police at our

elementary school. The supposed act

happened over 2 years ago and no

charges were ever filed. For no

apparent reason, both children were

asked to talk to police, but only one

of the parents was notified (by the

school's secretary.) After such a long

time, what reason would the police

have to start asking questions again?

Could something have come up in a

database indicating that the accused

still lived in the area? Why were not

both parents notified that the

children were being interviewed?

Re: child law

Who knows. In the meantime, teach your children to refuse questioning by police officers. "I have nothing to say to you. I want my mommy (or daddy) and a lawyer." View the YouTube video, Don't Talk To Cops.
