medicaid fraud

I had got caught in arrested and i made false statement about my cousin, which didn't know nothing about I had her medicaid card. She got arrested but she didn't make a statement bacause she didn't do nothing wrong I did. I want to clear her name. what do I need to do. go down town in tell detective I want to change my statement.
