In order to answer your question answer your question I would need to set up a retainer agreement to review the whole situation. It's impossible to make a determination of what's right or what could happen without a disclosure of the full facts. If you would like me to assist you send me your phone number at my e-mail address so that I can call you to discuss further. In these situations I would advise that you not speak with anyone but a lawyer in case there is a problem. I hope this works out but I will be available if you e-mail you e-mail me your phone number to call you.
