Getting divorced,wife has had

ongoing affair 8+ months. we live

separate. she continues relationship

w him still. sleeps in same bed with

our 2 yr child. Are there resrtrictions

I can have placed on this other

persons closeness to my child?

I assume you have a lawyer, if you are "getting divorce". Ask him/her. If not, onsult with a local attorney ASAP.
