Legal Question in Family Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands
my kids
I have joint cus. of my 10 and 12 year old boys. They are with there dad in ok in the school year and me in the summer. My 12 year old wants 2 move in with me in tx. we need 2 know what we need 2 do so that we can get him here. Please help me.

You have to modify the custody order. That can be done by agreement if that works. If not, you'll have to get the court to issue an order. You will probably need a lawyer. Good Luck.
