im am a step-dad and i am in the
military my wife is tryin to get her
daughter back from oregon they are
goin to do a home study in
washington and the social worker in
oregon is sayin now its goin be hard
gettin her back now because im gettin
deployed i dont see why they sayin
that they cant use my military
business to deny her full cusody of her
kid.

If the child is in Oregon, you need to present this under Oregon law. You also may want to take a few minutes to read and revise what you have written and frame a question.
