After 20 years i am getting divorced i don't care about getting anything ...Kids are grown and no property but everyone tells me i am entitled to some of his pension. Is this true.

Yes, it's true. The pension, if earned during the marriage, would be considered marital property, subject to partition in the equitable distribution process.
