Greencard processing thru relatives
Hi, my bro-in-law is a US citizen and wants to apply for a greencard for my husband (his brother) who is on H1B. We have just initiated the process for green card through our employment organizations as well. Would it affect the relative GC process? Also how much time and money would the relative GC process take? which one is a better option - GC thru relative or GC thru employment; which works faster?

Employment is much faster, but you should do both simultaneously.
