Legal Question in Insurance Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

Car accident 6 cars

I was in a very terrible accident which totalled my car. I was hit from the right rear by a SUV which in turn shot me out in the other lanes and trashed my car a total of 6 cars involved.

My insurance was expired and I got citied for Improper lane usage, but the lady that hit me was cited for hitting me from behind.

What will happen with this claim, I am very scared and have injuries from the accident.

A citation isn't dispositive. Moreover, fault can be shared for an accident. Washington follows a "comparative fault" rule which allows an injured person to recover even if they were only, say, one percent at fault.

Feel free to contact me and I'd be happy to discuss what happened and what you can expect. Thanks.
