Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in United States Minor Outlying Islands

tortuous interuption of business, wrongful eviction, slander, defamation

half of 2005 and half of 2006 my company and I were shockingly sued by our landlord. A copy of a copy of a lease was fabricated in our name. A original could never be produced. Landlord was calling my employees and business associates making dilusional accusations. Even though it was/is considered a landlord/tenant situation it was really a family partnership situation with the ''landlord'' a mentally weak and almost psychotic in wanting to obtain control over all business deals and revenue. It is a compicated situation and a 9page letter has been written to the bar association about the ''landlord '' attorney. Most of the findings of the craziness in what they were doing were not realized until even after the business was destroyed from the inside and the eviction was successful. I am despertely seeking some help in filing a lawsuit for this. My attorney at the time constantly said he would file this type of suit. $32,000 dollars was spent in a year just dealing with the eviction.

SOunds like you need a second opinion.

A business attorney with extensive LL/Tenant track record would be advisable.

What is total claim at this point?

If you are incorporated or an LLC business I could represent you pro hac vice.
