My sister has been using my fathers credit cards after his death also she withdrew part of the inheritence.� She did not notify the other beneficiaries of the date of probate.

You should quickly hire an attorney to re-open probate so that it can be settled up properly before sister has squandered the remaining funds. Good luck.
