If I was injured OTJ do I have to file a workers comp claim? What if I just received first aid treatment at the worksite? Can I pay for it out of pocket if I see a doctor? Can the employer reimburse me for those expenses? Would any of the above jepordize a later claim?

It is always smart to file a claim.
No, none of which you've mentioned should jeopardize your later claim (in my opinion).

Do you have to file a claim? No.
Can you pay the doctor out-of-pocket? Sure. Can the employer reimburse you? Yes. But if you fail to follow company rules for WC claims, your employer may not have to reimburse you and, yes, your right to make a later claim may be jeopardized.
