Chapter 13 multiple filing rules

i filed chapter 13 in jan and failed to submit the financials to the court within the time allowed and the courts dismissed the case. i have the financial information needed and want to refile the case but i don't know if this is allowed.

It depends on what the order dismissing your case says. If the judge signed an order that states "with prejudice" then you cannot refile for a certain period of time. Otherwise the order dismissing the case would be with "no prejudice" and you could refile immediately. Please give me a call and I'd be happy to talk to you about this. ph. (214) 979-7330
