Legal Question in Product Liability in United States Virgin Islands

Executor and other beneficiary keeping me in the dark

My Brother and I are sole benificiaries of Mom and her friend's will. Mom died in 1/06 and friend in 2/07. Uncle is executor.

I am disabled and poor.

Isn't there supposed to be some formal reading of the will? Not only that but my brother has spent 20k renovating the estate so he can rent it or sell it at a profit. I was not included in any of these decisions. Brother say's ''talk to Uncle.'' Uncle say's ''talk to Brother.''

Don't I have a say as to what is done with my half?

Re: Executor and other beneficiary keeping me in the dark

I think you posted this question incorrectly. First, you have it under the category "products liability." It should be under "wills" or "probate" or some category like that. Second, it appears that this is a question of NY law, yet it came to me as a question of Virgin Islands law. I suggest you re-post so that the right lawyers will see it.
