Legal Question in Health Care Law in USSR (former)
my mother inlaw needs to go into care we own the house she lives in. we brought it 15yrs ago but
it has only been changed to our name the past 4yrs. Will we have to sell the house to pay for her care?

YOU did not specify whether she is a co-owner.If she is then you are only responsible to pay her share whether by buying the house yourself our by selling it but I advice you to seek the opinion of a specialist in ussr health care law.
