How do I become a 501c3 in the state of utah? What will it take for me to do? Can you help us with this?

File articles of incorporation for a nonprofit corporation. File a Form 1023 with the IRS. File a charitable solication permit with the department of commerce. Let me know if you need further assists. Nonprofits are very complicated.
