Legal Question in Administrative Law in Utah
Class b mis. Possession of xanax 10 tablets.. I was given this by my moms friend who I trusted, I was having a lot of anxiety and depression so she gave these to me. I did not know what they were but I trusted her so I tryed them later that night I had suicied watch called on me when they found the tablets.. its my first drug charge just wondering what could happen in court

You should be able to get by with a light sentence, if you have a clean record. You should ask for a plea in abeyance.
