Legal Question in Administrative Law in Utah

I tripped and fell causing me to shatter my ankle when i was leaving the LDS church . can i? or should i sue them?

You can sue if there was an inherent danger that caused you to trip. However, if you tripped through no obvious fault of the church it is unlikely that you would win damages. You might want to talk to the bishop to see if they have insurance to cover your medical losses.
