Validity of south african power of attorney - legal status in USA?
A General power of attorney that has been validated in south africa - is this legally valid in the USA?? By the way there is no drop down box for south africa, so i just used sudan

It depends on how it is used, with whom and for what purpose. The entity which is requested to recognize the power has the ability to decide whether or not the power is credible. Why not go to a consulate and get a US notary?
