Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Utah
Appeal Dismissal
I as cheated out of my home. I've been trying to fight it on my own. I got to the appeal process, but my appeal was dismissed because the lower court's decision was deemed not to be ''final'' because the other party (the Plaintiffs) did not pursue all of their orignal complaint. I have a copy of the 'finality law'; the problem is: I don't know what to do now to get my case heard/appealed.

Re: Appeal Dismissal
You will have to get a final order from the trial court on the issues identified by the court of appeal. This BB is for general questions, and because the entire court record is not available for review, only general answers are possible.
