Legal Question in Appeals and Writs in Utah
I would like to appeal a sentence for criminal trespassing handed down by the justice court. Whom do I serve the Notice of Appeal to, the Justice court or the District court. I know that if I appeal a Justice court decision it will be heard by the District court. Thank you, Nancy
