judgement ??
my exwife took out a check lone we are divorced. she did not pay and the lone place has got a judgement on me my name is not on the lone i knew nothing about the lone ..they say the reason there coming after me is becuse it was a joint account .......thank you

Sue your exwife in small claims court for the amount claimed by the loan company.
